smart-plan limited offers a range of software products, designed to help domestic and trade customers create better home extensions and new builds. Our main product smart-designer allows the creation of technical documentation from conceptual design sketches and assessing them against building, planning and local regulations. smart-designer was designed to fit-in the existing planning process and to address issues related to it. The system will assist our clients with:
- sketching the existing property to be extended
- modifying and personalising selected extension templates against current building and planning regulations
- catalogue of building/house related products available on the market
- estimating costs of labour and materials
- readjustment and resubmission of the planning applications
- demonstrating the impact that their design will have on neighbours' properties and obtaining their planning consent
- finding the right builder
In short, smart-designer will act as a personal architect and building work adviser, which will allow our clients to retain full control of their projects. The combination of the assessment tools and automated design processes will allow anyone to prepare and supervise housing extension projects, whilst creating an attractive package, which in this form is not currently available on the market. |
